Quick Thai Peanut Sauce

Versión en español

Quick Thai Peanut SauceUsing a quick Thai-inspired peanut sauce I made this last minute Pad Thai. The dish was excellent with a complex flavor and very nice texture. You can also use this sauce on chicken on skewers ( double this recipe and use half to marinate the chicken 2 hours before grilling, refrigerated) or to dip spring rolls Vietnamese style.
