Creamy Raspberry Popsicles

Helado de palito de frambuesa cremosoGrowing up, I lived in an apartment building near the main square of Rancagua and, of course, across the corner was a candy store. I loved to go down and buy ice cream when I had money.

Popsicles always brought many memories of summer holidays in Chile and my favorite flavors. For a long time, my favorite popsicle ice cream was a very creamy peach or apricot flavor...

This is similar to that version, but with raspberry, the super special creaminess is given by cream cheese. They are delicious and my kids enjoyed them throughout the summer.

This recipe was developed for Amigas de Comida Kraft and you can find it on their website as Raspberry Cream Cheese Ice pops.
